Come and explore our mosttransparent expression of essence: Touch.
During Transformation Tuesday's'Conscious Touch' classes you are invited to re-discover the incrediblerichness and power of simple human contact. Available to both couples andindividuals, this series is designed to help participants cultivate theirrelationship to touch, as a means to create deep connection.
In 'Conscious Touch; Cultivating Connection' wewill be utilizing basic massage techniques and fundamental concepts of contactthat allow for an enhanced capacity to both give and receive loving attention.
This series of evening classes will cover manytopics throughout the month:
'¢ Week 1, September 1,2009:
We will explore thefundamentals of 'Self-Presencing', 'Unfolding' and 'Willingness'.
'¢ Week 2, September 8,2009
This week we examine'Meeting', 'Creating Sacred Space', and fundamentals of contact, such as'Entering/Exiting', 'Speed Awareness', and 'Depth of Touch'.
'¢ Week 3, September 15,2009
'Curiosity', 'Creativity'and 'Play' are the areas of discovery this evening!
'¢ Week 4, September 22,2009
This evening will be anopportunity for 'Deeper Listening'. Consider your listening hands, listening eyes, listening breath, andlistening hear.
'¢ Week 5, September 29,2009
'Connectionand Intimacy' allow for a culminating exchange of gifts that we have recalledand acquired.
Please note: All sessionswill be fully clothed. We will not be using oils or lotions, or usingdraping techniques. (Future weekend workshops will address these skills.)
