BCCL Main Training Room

With the backdrop of the new Inspiration Economy, High Road Connections offers a multi-faceted monthly forum for a light-hearted exploration into your business. You will:

·  Experience a mini-workshop offering tips and tools you can apply immediately.

·  Engage with others of like-mind.

Our theme for January is, Taking the High Road to Relevance and our inspired business leader and speaker is Mr. Dale, Mingilton, CEO and President of the Better Business Bureau (serving Denver/Boulder).

Having grown up in Denver’s impoverished Five Points neighborhood, Dale Mingilton knows what it’s like to believe that there is ceiling on how much success one can achieve, much less enjoy.  As a child, he learned to despise those things he never imagined he could have. As an adult who reached well beyond those perceived boundaries, he grew to appreciate the things he didn’t trust or believe were within his reach.

After a successful 20-plus year career with First Bank,Dale retired in his mid-40’s. Now as CEO and President of the prestigious Better Business Bureau (serving Denver/Boulder), he is at the helm of an organization where taking the high road is what it’s all about. Dale wants the BBB to have “the opportunity to become relevant to people... to matter.” And, they are well on their way navigating the road to relevance - as evidenced by their primary focus of upholding the standards that determine the trust worthiness of a given business.

Dale’s message of becoming relevant and looking beyond your perceived limitations or circumstances is as informative as it is inspirational! Please join us and meet Dale in person.
